Giuliana and Bill travel to Colorado to await the birth of their son

The world was thrilled when E! News anchor, Giuliana Rancic and her husband, Bill, announced they were pregnant. The couple won the hearts of millions as they documented their struggle to conceive on their own reality show while Giuliana was undergoing medical treatment for breast cancer.

But, after years of trying, the Rancic's prayers were answered. On April 23, the couple appeared on the TODAY Show and announced they were expecting a boy via a gestational carrier.

Giuliana and Bill could not be more excited. The baby is due in approximately six weeks, and as such, the couple will be spending time in Denver, Colorado, where the surrogate is located. According to People Magazine, which broke the story about the couple's Colorado visit, she is a French au pair in her mid 30s.

The Rancics traveled to Colorado just in case the little prince decided to "come early." After arriving in the Centennial State, the dynamic duo attended the annual Vail Breast Cancer Awareness Group luncheon on June 15, where both Giuliana and Bill spoke to the attendees.

But, despite the serious nature of the event, the mood was lighthearted.

"Giuliana was more concerned about the surrogate eating fried chicken," Bill joked to an audience of 600, according to the magazine. "I'm not worried about her eating fried chicken - I'm worried about her smoking crack."

As topics of the luncheon swayed from surviving breast cancer to surrogacy, the couple revealed that they are still thinking about names for their baby boy.

Giuliana said that they would consider naming their little bundle of joy after a city in the state, which Bill boasted has "clean living here." Possibilities include Denver or Vail. However, the Italian native said she would steer clear of anything too Hollywood, like Moonshine or Blue Sky.

Whatever the little bundle of joy's name is, one thing is for certain: he's bound to be one cute little baby.
